Instructions
Toast the english muffins and set aside in a location nearby
In a skillet over medium heat cook the bacon until almost crispy and drain the pan of bacon grease and debris. Set aside
Still over medium heat in the skillet add 1 tbps of oil and cook the eggs on 1 side and flip
Put the slices of cheddar cheese on the eggs when flipped and top with the bacon
When the cheese is melted, transfer the egg, cheese and bacon to the english muffin and top it
