- 2 each Pizza Dough Balls
- 6 oz Pizza Sauce
- 16 oz Mozzarella Cheese
- 12 oz Pepperoni
- 1 cup Flour

Instructions
- Preheat over to 450 F
- Put down flour, empty room temperature pizza dough ball into flower and roll it around
- Pat down pizza in circular fashion to release air bubbles
- Hand stretch pizza symmetrically in a circle pulling lightly over your knuckles as you turn. Lay down stretched pizza on greased pizza screen (preferred) or pizza pan.
- Spread pizza sauce almost to edge
- Put cheese almost to edge about 1/4 inch thick
- Put pepperonis side by side filling the pizza
- Cook in middle rack for 15-18 minutes
