- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 8 each Tortillas
- 12 oz Cheddar Cheese
- 12 oz Shaved Steak

- Preheat skillet over medium heat
- Cook Steak, drain and clean out debris in the skillet
- Pour a little olive oil in the skillet and lay tortilla flat on it. Sprinkle cheese and steak in half the quesadilla and fold over.
- Cook 3 minutes on each side
