Instructions
  1. Rub chicken and cook for 3-4 mins on medium high heat till golden brown
  2. Cook Basmati rice and mix in seasonings
  3. Blend Garlic Sauce till smooth (use for cucumber salad and as a finishing drizzle)
  4. Mix Red onion with lemon juice and plate
  5. Chop lettuce and plate
  6. Add pickles and plate
  7. Add Cucumber salad and plate
