Instructions
Rub chicken and cook for 3-4 mins on medium high heat till golden brown
Cook Basmati rice and mix in seasonings
Blend Garlic Sauce till smooth (use for cucumber salad and as a finishing drizzle)
Mix Red onion with lemon juice and plate
Chop lettuce and plate
Add pickles and plate
Add Cucumber salad and plate
