Whipped Feta With Herbs
A great dip for a snack, on a burger, or just eat it by the handful while crying and wondering how your life has become so unmanageable.

  1. Take cheeses out of the fridge about an hour prior to making this.
  2. Chop the herbs.
  3. Add the feta and cream cheese to the food processor (crumble the feta into smaller pieces).
  4. Pulse the cheeses until they’re combined.
  5. Add the herbs, garlic, oil, lemon juice & zest, and salt & pepper to the food processor and blend until everything is well combined.
  6. Serve immediately or chill for an hour or two before serving. Delicious when served with a generous drizzle of olive oil on top.

Note: can use different herbs like parsley, rosemary, and thyme in addition or in place of.
