- 2 cups Water
- 2 1/2 lbs Chuck Roast
- 8 each Tortillas
- 1 1/2 cups Instant Rice

                - Put all ingredients in your labeled freezer bag to marinate.
- Thaw freezer bag, place in Crock Pot on low 6-8 hours.
- Serve with rice and tortillas
