- 1 1/2 lbs Chicken Breast sliced thin
- 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1/2 cup Chicken Broth
- 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
- 1 tabelspoon Italian Seasoning
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes
- 1 lbs Fettuccine

- In a large skillet, add olive oil and cook the chicken on medium heat for 3-5 mins on each side or until browned and fully cooked. Remove and set aside
- Add heavy cream, chicken broth, garlic power, Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese. Whisk over medium heat intil it starts to thicken. Add sun dried tomatoes and let simmer. Add chicken and serve over pasta
