- 8 each Chicken Breast boneless and skinless
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 10 each Garlic Cloves
- Saute the garlic in the oil until golden over medium heat. Add brown sugar until the texture resembles a paste. Remove from heat and spread over chicken breast on a greased glass pan. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for 500 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Sprinkle some additional brown sugar on the chicken when removing from the oven.
