- 4 cups Rice cooked
- 30 oz Chickpeas
- 2 each Cucumber
- 2 cup grape tomatoes
- .5 cup Red Onion
- 1 cup Feta Cheese
- .5 cup tzatziki
- .5 cup Hummus

Instructions
- Assemble the rice bowls and divide the ingredients into four servings. Start with a base of cooked rice. Next, add the chicken chickpeas, cucumber, tomatoes, and red onion. Lastly add the hummus, tzatziki, and feta cheese. You can also add an extra drizzle of Greek dressing if you would like.
