Preheat oven to 375° F and grease a 9×13 baking dish with cooking spray.
Pound your chicken breasts to flatten them out a bit. This step isn’t required, but the chicken will cook faster and you’ll get more of that cheesy goodness in every bite. I also like to cut the chicken into more manageable sized portions if needed.
Place the chicken onto the bottom of your greased dish and spread a thick layer of the dip over top. You might not use all of the dip depending on the size of your container and the amount of chicken you’re cooking.
Evenly sprinkle the shredded cheese over top and bake, uncovered, in the center rack of your oven for approximately 30 minutes or until cooked through (the time needed will greatly depend on the size and thickness of your chicken breasts).
Serve alone or with any of your favorite sides! My family loves buttered noodles or rice.
