Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 2 quart casserole dish with non-stick spray.
Mix all ingredients together except for doritos
Layer half of doritos about 2 cups on bottom, the spread chicken mix. Repeat once more, then top with cheese, cover with aluminum foil and bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
