- 1 cup whole milk yogurt
- 1/2 cup Cucumbers minced
- 1 clove Garlic Fresh minced
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Dried Dill
- Salt and Pepper
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil for drizzling

Instructions
- Add the yogurt, cucumbers, garlic, lemon juice and dill to a medium bowl. Whisk to combine and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil on top. You can also refrigerate the sauce for up to 4 days in the refrigerator until you are ready to eat! The flavors develop the longer it sits.
