- 2 lbs Chicken Breast
- 1/2 tablespoon Poultry Seasoning
- 1/2 cup Flour
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1/2 cup Franks Hot Sauce

- preheat oven to 400 degrees
- melt butter and set aside
- in a small bowl whisk egg in a second bowl mix flower and garlic powder
- season chicken pieces with poultry seasoning
- dip each piece in the egg to coat then dredge in flour mixture.
- Place on baking sheet sprayed with non-stick spray
