Ingredients
- 6 ounces Feta room temperature
- 2 ounces Cream Cheese room temperature
- 1 tablespoon Oregano fresh, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Basil fresh, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Chives fresh, chopped
- 1 clove Garlic Fresh minced
- 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil + extra for drizzling
- 1/2 each Lemon juice and zest
- Salt
- Pepper

Instructions
- Take cheeses out of the fridge about an hour prior to making this.
- Chop the herbs.
- Add the feta and cream cheese to the food processor (crumble the feta into smaller pieces).
- Pulse the cheeses until they're combined.
- Add the herbs, garlic, oil, lemon juice & zest, and salt & pepper to the food processor and blend until everything is well combined.
- Serve immediately or chill for an hour or two before serving. Delicious when served with a generous drizzle of olive oil on top.

Note: can use different herbs like parsley, rosemary, and thyme in addition or in place of.
