- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 8 each Eggs
- 8 each English Muffins
- .5 lbs Bacon
- .5 lbs Sliced Cheddar Cheese

Instructions
- Toast the english muffins and set aside in a location nearby
- In a skillet over medium heat cook the bacon until almost crispy and drain the pan of bacon grease and debris. Set aside
- Still over medium heat in the skillet add 1 tbps of oil and cook the eggs on 1 side and flip
- Put the slices of cheddar cheese on the eggs when flipped and top with the bacon
- When the cheese is melted, transfer the egg, cheese and bacon to the english muffin and top it
