Ingredients
- Chicken marinade:
- 10 oz chicken breast cut into cubes
- 1 1/4 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp salt & pepper
- 1/2 each Lemon Juice
- Garlic sauce:
- 3.5 oz low fat yogurt creamier the better
- 1 tsp fresh minced/crushed garlic
- 1/2 tsp salt & pepper
- 1/2 each Lemon Juice
- Yellow rice:
- 3.5 oz Basmati Rice
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Salt
- Cucumber salad:
- 1 each Cucumber and
- 1 each Tomato and mix with the garlic sauce
- Sides:
- 1 cup Lettuce
- 1/8 each Red Onion
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1/4 cup Dill pickles

Instructions
- Rub chicken and cook for 3-4 mins on medium high heat till golden brown
- Cook Basmati rice and mix in seasonings
- Blend Garlic Sauce till smooth (use for cucumber salad and as a finishing drizzle)
- Mix Red onion with lemon juice and plate
- Chop lettuce and plate
- Add pickles and plate
- Add Cucumber salad and plate
